Any guests that the Bring & Mix staff deem to be too inebriated to start/ continue their experience may be refused entry/ further drinks and refunds will not be given. This is for the safety of our staff and a duty of care we have to our guests.
We do not tolerate harassment of any kind directed to our staff and we will ask guests to leave without refund.
REFUNDS
Small bookings (6 guests or fewer) will be fully refunded if 48 hours notice is given. Any cancellations/ amendments made within 48 hours, then a refund of your deposit will be given if your tickets are re-sold.
Large bookings (7 guests or over) will be fully refunded if 2 weeks notice is given. Any cancellations/ amendments made within 2 weeks, then a refund of your deposit will be given if your tickets are re-sold.
Private hires will be fully refunded if 2 weeks notice is given. Any cancellations made within 2 weeks, then a refund of your deposit will be given if your tickets are re-sold. With all private hires you will be required to pay in full for a minimum party size regardless of any amendments of group size.
Cocktail Mixers
STANDARD TERMS
All cocktail mixers are prepared freshly in small batches once a week and are therefore non-refundable. You may cancel an order no later than 2 days before it is made or you may be entitled to a refund if the product does not arrive in a satisfactory conditon (please see Refunds and Cancellations in our Terms & Conditions for more information).
REFUNDS
Refunds will be given where the product arrives in an unsatifactory condition or is damaged. To claim a refund please send photos of the parcel to [email protected] where we will offer you a replacement or refund.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel an order you will be entitled to a refund 2 days before we make a new batch. We currently make our batches every Sunday, therefore the latest you could cancel an order and receive a refund is Friday at 2pm. Orders placed after Friday at 2pm will only be refundable if cancelled 2 hours after the order is placed. After this, orders will be non-refundable unless they fail to arrive in a satisfactory condition (see Refunds in our Terms & Conditions).
SHIPPING TIMES
Please make sure you note our delivery schedule when ordering as we only have capacity to make cocktail mixers once a week. For example if you ordered a cocktail mixture on a Monday it would be prepared on the next Sunday and shipped on Monday, meaning delivery could take 8-9 days from order.
